Well you know, my cholesterol is just a tad higher than normal (I do actually take fish oil tablets for it) so I drink 2 glasses of red wine every day, and then I slather bacon on EVERYTHING!!! Do you have any idea how good bacon is on a ribeye? 🙂 Bacon and gorgonzola on a ribeye is MY idea of heaven! 🙂
